Doctor Alex Martin Talks about Office Philosphy
I wouldn’t so much say a philosophy so much as just the way, yeah, I guess… We wanna treat people the way we want to be treated when we go to a dental office or to a medical office or any office, really. I don’t like to make my patients wait. I know they’re on a schedule just like I am. Just about everybody I know has a job. So you wanna work? You have your own life you gotta lead, and you have to be on time for your stuff, just like we have to be on time for our stuff because we don’t wanna be behind. We wanna take care of people at a timely manner and give them exactly what they want.
If people wanna have white teeth, we’ll whiten your teeth. If they wanna have veneers, we’ll make veneers. Just depends on the situation. Obviously, you can’t give everybody veneers, but, you know, if they have a bite that will work with it, we’re gonna give ’em what they can have and just go from there. I mean, we’re not gonna try to sell you on, “Oh, my God. You gotta do a full cosmetic makeover, braces.” No.
Sometimes, yeah, it’s great for you. If you want it, let’s do it. We’re gonna make you look fantastic. But if it’s something that you really don’t need, we think you look good the way you are. If you think you look good, there’s really no need to go ahead and spend a fortune to try to get yourself something that isn’t gonna improve what you already got.
