Welcome to Alex Martin DDS
Dr. Martin: I think everybody, like our patients really enjoy talking to the staff. They just like how friendly and personable everybody is here. Everybody just gets along. It’s not a high-stress, high-volume environment. We just try to keep it one person at a time. We’re going to take care of you and then we’ll move on. Nobody wants to be stressed out when they’re at the dental office and neither do we.
Woman: Literally, from the moment you walk in the front door, Pat’s there with a big smile, “Hey, how are you?” I mean, when you walk in, everybody, they call you by name. They know exactly what you’re there for. For me, just the humor that’s interjected in this whole experience is really important for me. It’s not horrible humor, it’s just, like, funny. They make me smile. They make me laugh. Again, it’s the comfortableness. I just feel really comfortable here.
It feels like everyone here is friends and then everybody who walks through the door is one of their friends too. So it’s just a comfortableness, again, walking into this place and it takes all my anxiety away.
Man: Excellent, that would be the word. It is just the whole feeling, the whole confidence you have with the doctor. Just everything. They tell you what to expect with your insurance. You know what to expect when you sit in that chair and something’s going to happen. The whole thing is just excellent.
